The Great Dane Club of Canada, through its three Divisions, holds numerous Boosters and Regional Specialty Shows, as well as an annual National Specialty Show each year. The divisions rotate the hosting of this show.

Eastern Division will be hosting a Regional Specialty Show on Sunday, August 27, 2023 under Judge Ron Mahon preceded by a Sweepstakes event judged by Shirley Struble. Show will be held at the Dorchester Fairgrounds in conjunction with the Elgin County Kennel Club.
